Recipe Book: Young child feeding using biofortified crops

This booklet contains a compilation of recipes developed under the Zimbabwe Livelihoods and Food and Security Programme (LFSP). Primary care givers of young children (six months to five years), majority of whom are women, in programme communities developed these recipes in programme organised training and food preparation demonstrations. These women worked together with LFSP implementing partner Nutritionists and Field Officers as well as Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) community personnel – Ward Nutrition Coordinators, Village Health Workers, Environmental Health Technicians and Rural Health Centre Nurses.
